Bendmax-System Amada 60° Acute Angle Press Brake Punch/Top Tooling No.10.142 is a specialized upper tool designed for sharp-angle sheet metal bending applications. Its 60° punch angle, R0.8 mm nose radius and approximately 67 mm tool height provide a compact forming geometry for applications that require a sharper bending angle than conventional 85° or 90° tooling.
The R0.8 mm punch radius is suitable for bending applications requiring a relatively small working radius. The shaped front profile also provides useful clearance for selected workpiece geometries, depending on the bending direction, material and part design.
